Suzanne serves as a Senior Consultant in our Portland office. She joined the firm in 2021 and has over 30 years’ experience working in the retirement plan industry. Suzanne serves as the Head of RVK’s Defined Contribution Solutions Group (DCSG), a team that provides expertise with plan and menu design reviews and restructures; assists with recordkeeper searches; complex fee analyses; regulatory research; industry trend reviews; DC-specific manager research and due diligence; and review of participant communications.
Prior to RVK, she served as the Director of Treasury and Director of Global Benefits – Financial Plans for Amgen where she oversaw the investment line ups, administration and design for the US retirement plans, advised on global plan design and administration, and managed certain corporate risk matters.
Suzanne’s experience also includes roles in legal, product development, and compliance. She earned her JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her BS degree in Physics and Computer Coordinate with Physics from Trinity College-Hartford. Suzanne holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Portland.
