RVK Volunteers at the Rebuilding Center!

On February 8th, nine RVKers as well as their family and friends volunteered at the Rebuilding Center, ripping nails, screws, and other metal scraps out of salvaged wood planks. The planks are to be repurposed for building tiny houses for the homeless. The ReBuilding Center offers affordable used building and remodeling materials with the goal of promoting the use of salvaged and reclaimed materials. By purchasing materials that have been donated to their store, you support community building initiatives, keep materials from being wasted, and put all of these salvaged materials to good use.
