Dale joined RVK in 2025 and is a Senior Consultant based in Denver, Colorado, supported by our Chicago office. He serves clients in a hybrid capacity, contributing to both general consulting and manager research, focusing on core and core plus real estate strategies.
Dale brings nearly four decades of experience in financial services and investment consulting, having began his career in 1986 with Principal Financial Group and moving to Mercer in 1988, where he held leadership roles across multiple client practices and led their Denver office’s investment consulting team. In 1998, he co-founded Watershed Investment Consultants, which later merged with Ellwood Associates in 2016 and was acquired by CAPTRUST in 2021.
He graduated with a BBA in Finance, with honors, from the University of Iowa. Dale holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Denver.
