Yan joined RVK in 2026 and is located in our Portland office. As a member of RVK’s traditional markets team, she is responsible for leading research initiatives and evaluating asset managers in the equity space, providing reporting and analyses, preparing search recommendations, and communicating pertinent manager updates to clients and consulting teams.
Prior to joining RVK, Yan served as a Managing Director at The Rock Creek Group, working with institutional clients through constructing multi-manager portfolios. She earned an MS in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a BS in Human Computer Interaction and Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
