RVK announced it has welcomed Suzanne Carroll, JD, CFA, as Head of the firm’s Defined Contribution Solutions Group (DCSG). Suzanne joins RVK after a decade with Amgen, Inc., where she served as their Treasury Director. She managed the company’s qualified and non-qualified defined contribution plans with assets over $8 billion. Her responsibilities ranged from investments—where she oversaw a multi-manager white label structure, including manager monitoring, compliance, and plan administration—to global retirement plan support and corporate risk initiatives.

In announcing Suzanne as RVK’s choice to lead the firm’s Defined Contribution Solutions Group, CEO Becky Gratsinger said, “Suzanne’s experience and passion for the DC industry will help propel RVK’s growth in serving clients now and into the future. She joins the talented professionals in our DC Solutions Group in their work supporting our many DC clients and consulting teams with in-depth research, comprehensive industry knowledge, and best practices expertise.”
